It's amazing the amounts of carnage that can be created by social media. It can be used for good too, even had some episodes recently of counseling people online who were doing harm or contemplating harm to themselves and was able to get them help through their family and a church in the area. Social media belongs in the church and it is a way to reach out and fellowship. I've loved it when I was not able to go to church and able to join a worship service on line. (Not as a permanent sub, but for a temporary fix it worked great.) The trick is building up Good networks and mainstream Christian networks where people are engaged in doing good for others.
